"brilliant Scholarship Project" recruit outstanding junior high school from the western to the eastern part of the focus of high school graduates from boarding school, a scholarship to pay the full costs. So far, the pilot, from Xining in Qinghai and Gansu Tianshui four students enrolled in August 2007 in Suzhou, Jiangsu school. We hope that this program will be extended to other provinces and cities.
